"Why not celebrate tonight and open some bubbly?
A fun one to uncork is a new sparkling wine simply named Pink.
Made by Yellowglen winery in Australia, Pink is a classy drink.
A marriage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this sapphire-hued
wine overflows with strawberry and citrus aromas."

"Pink by Yellowglen, a lively, fresh non-vintage sparkling wine, will make any occasion sparkle. It is soft ice pink in the glass and has a delicate bead. Distinctive Pinot Noir aromas of strawberries with a splash of citrus bubble under the nose develop into refreshing fruit characters of berry and lime with a hint of lemon. Ripe Chardonnay flavors provide the backbone to this delightful and surprising sparkling wine."

"Yellow by Yellowglen is a lively, fresh non-vintage sparkling wine, light straw in color and with a persistent bead. It is a full and generous 100% Chardonnay wine with a lovely creamy mousse mouthfeel. It is fresh with a classy, crisp and clean finish. The wine displays melon, pineapple and citrus characteristics."

"The "Yellow" is quite tasty, with vibrant beads of bubbles, lively fruit flavors, a wiry structure and a refreshingly dry finish. It's 100 percent chardonnay; there's no vintage on the bottle and no appellation other than "Australian." Then I tasted the wine at the recent Lake Tahoe Autumn Food and Wine Festival, I was surprised by its agility, balance and overall sophistication, and could see it becoming the smash hit of holiday parties this winter. "Pink," blush with pinot noir in the blend, is a bit more aromatic, richer and more complex than the "Yellow," but it's also softer and a touch sweeter…"

86 points - Yellowglen Pink Pinot Noir-Chardonnay
"Think pink for fun and pick up some Pink by Yellowglen. Yellowglen has always been a great bubble maker from Oz and they have turned their expertise to this entry-level fizz of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Upfront citrus-fruit flavours with a hint of strawberry make it fun to sip al fresco, or pair it with tapas-style food. Just sweet enough to take the edge off the acidity. This is a fun, albeit barely pink, bubbly at an affordable price."
