Chief Sparkling Winemaker Charles ‘Chilly' Hargrave
Charles ‘Chilly' Hargrave is passionate about sparkling wine. His love affair with the bubbles began in 1978 when he graduated from the famous Roseworthy winemaking degree in South Australia.
Since 1999, Chilly has been the Chief Winemaker at Yellowglen. He's responsible for many sparkling wine creations including the incredibly successful Pink.
His goal has always been to create quality sparkling wines suitable for everyday enjoyment. He's done a sparkling job so far!
In his ‘spare' time, Chilly enjoys spending time with his wife & family, gardening, cooking and of course drinking sparkling wines.
